Day 1 – Arrival & Breathe In the North

After your journey to Sandsjögården, take a moment to simply arrive. Step outside, fill your lungs with crisp winter air, and feel the stillness of Lapland settle around you.
Your cozy lakeside cabin offers warmth, peace, and a place to truly unwind.

Day 2 – Kennel Eduventure Day

Ease into the world of sled dogs. Together we’ll explore everything from dog behavior and equipment to life in the kennel.
You’ll experience the deep respect, care, and knowledge behind every part of working with these animals — and soon become part of this everyday rhythm yourself.
Many guests say this day changes the way they see dogs — and nature.

Days 3–5 – Into the Wild with Your Team

Now the real adventure begins. With musher Morgan as your guide, you’ll head out on husky tours across frozen rivers, through quiet forests, and over wide-open tundra.
You can drive your own team or share a sled and take turns mushing — either way, you’ll feel the power and harmony between dogs, sled, and snow. You’ll help care for the dogs — feeding, watering, harnessing — and quickly get to know their unique characters. They’re not just a team; they’re personalities, each with their own spark.

After the day’s journey, we care for the dogs together, then gather around the fire or relax in the wood-heated lakeside sauna. And when the northern lights appear above — green and silent — you’ll know this moment will stay with you forever.

Day 6 – Farewell & Fresh Perspective

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye — to the dogs, the silence, and the boundless landscape.
But what you take home is lasting: a sense of arrival — in the heart of winter, and within yourself.
