Imagine sitting on your own snowmobile, a snow-covered trail stretching out ahead of you, leading into a winter landscape just waiting to be explored.

You press the throttle, feel how your snowmobile responds to your movements, and grow more confident with every passing day. What feels unfamiliar at first gradually becomes second nature. And suddenly, there's more room to enjoy what this adventure is really about: being out there, discovering new places and experiencing Europe's last wilderness from entirely different perspectives.

Together with Caro, your personal guide, you'll explore the diverse winter landscapes of Swedish Lapland over four snowmobile days. Through snow-covered forests, across vast frozen wetlands, along icy rivers and, if snow and weather conditions allow, even up to viewpoints that reveal the Far North from a whole new perspective.

And after a day outdoors? The warmth and comfort of Sandsjögården await. A lakeside sauna, a delicious dinner in our lodge and the chance to share your adventures with fellow guests.

Your Winter Adventure – Day by Day

​

Day 1 – Welcome to Winter in Swedish Lapland

Your adventure begins on the journey from the airport to Sandsjögården, as you get your first glimpse of Swedish Lapland's fascinating winter landscape.

​

After settling into your cosy holiday cabin by Lake Sandsjön, we'll gather for dinner in the lodge. It's a chance to get to know each other, talk about the week ahead and let the excitement for your first adventure build.

​

Day 2 – Your Snowmobile. Your First Adventure.

Today, anticipation turns into reality!

​

After breakfast, you'll be fitted with your snowmobile gear and introduced to your very own snowmobile. Caro will guide you step by step through the essentials of safe handling and riding before we head out on our first tour together.

​

The initial tension soon gives way to the thrill of riding – and a big grin beneath your helmet!

​

Back at Sandsjögården, the lakeside sauna and a cosy evening in the lodge await. And with a little luck, the Northern Lights might even dance across the sky later that night.

​

Days 3 – Finding Your Rhythm

The first uncertainties are behind you. You're becoming more familiar with your snowmobile and can increasingly relax into the experience of riding and exploring.

​

Our trails take us through varied landscapes, across wide-open frozen wetlands and alongside ice-covered rivers. Along the way, we'll stop for a relaxing fika break.

​

Over dinner in the lodge, we'll look back on the day and share our experiences.

​

Day 4 – Discovering New Horizons

As your confidence grows, so does your appreciation for the diversity of the landscape around you.

​

Perhaps today's route will take us across vast snowy expanses, along a frozen river or even up to a mountain summit, offering a completely new perspective on Europe's last wilderness.

​

After an exciting day outdoors, there's time to relax before we meet again for dinner in the lodge.

​

Day 5 – The Joy of the Ride

By now, you've found your rhythm.

​

Once again, we head out together, explore new trails and enjoy the freedom of travelling through Lapland on your own snowmobile.

​

In the evening, we'll wind down together in the cosy atmosphere of the lodge. Four days of new experiences and unforgettable impressions are now part of your adventure story.

​

Day 6 – Discover Lapland Your Way

Today is yours to enjoy!

​

Perhaps you'd like to discover another side of Lapland on a dogsledding adventure or during a visit to the reindeer? We'll be happy to help arrange additional winter activities to suit your wishes.

​

Or simply enjoy the peace and quiet by Lake Sandsjön, explore the surroundings on snowshoes or unwind in the sauna.

​

We'll come together again for dinner in the lodge.

​

Day 7 – One Last Day of Possibilities

Another day to experience Lapland exactly the way you want to.

One more winter adventure? A relaxing day by the lake? Or simply some time to let the experiences of the past week sink in?

​

The choice is yours.

​

In the evening, we'll gather for our farewell dinner in the lodge, looking back on a week filled with adventures, shared moments and memories that will stay with us long after we've returned home.

​

Day 8 – Farewell, Swedish Lapland!

After one last breakfast together, your transfer will take you back to the airport.

In your luggage: plenty of new impressions, perhaps a few tired muscles and, most certainly, memories of a very special winter adventure.

🏠 Your Accommodation – Cosy, Consciously Simple, Authentically Scandinavian

​

You'll stay in a traditional Swedish holiday cabin with one or two bedrooms, a shower and an eco-friendly dry toilet, an open-plan living area and a kitchenette. Wi-Fi is available – although chances are you'll hardly think about using it.

​

After your adventures, our wood-fired lakeside sauna awaits. And if you're feeling brave, why not take a dip in the ice hole? An invigorating experience that makes you feel truly alive.

​

Our kitchen will treat you to homemade full-board meals, inspired by regional flavours with a touch of Switzerland and Asia. Nourishing, wholesome food, prepared with care and love.
